We want you to shop with confidence at Dreamers Tech. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.


🛡️ Warranty Information

All laptops, desktops, and full setups come with:

  • 3-month hardware warranty

  • 6-month software warranty
    (Unless otherwise stated on the product listing.)

If any issues arise during the warranty period, contact us and we’ll assist promptly.


🔁 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., hygiene/beauty products)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Need to swap your product? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
