🛡️ Dreamers Tech Warranty Policy 

At Dreamers Tech, we want you to shop with confidence. All our laptops and computers are tested and certified before sale and come with a full 6-month hardware and software warranty.


✅ What Is Covered Under Warranty (6 Months)

Your warranty covers faults that happen under normal use, including:

💻 Hardware Coverage

  • Motherboard faults
  • Processor (CPU) faults
  • Graphics (GPU) faults
  • RAM failure
  • SSD / HDD storage failure
  • Screen/display faults (not caused by drops or impact)
  • Keyboard and touchpad faults
  • Internal components that stop working under normal use

🖥️ Software Coverage

  • Windows 10 / Windows 11 issues
  • Driver problems
  • System crashes or boot problems
  • Operating system reinstall and setup support

❌ What Is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage (drops, cracks, dents, broken hinges)
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Damage from power surges or load shedding
  • Battery wear and tear (batteries are consumable items)
  • Chargers, cables, and accessories (unless stated otherwise)
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, marks, worn keys)
  • Loss of data or software files

🔄 Return & Refund Policy


🚨 Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your device arrives not working, you must contact Dreamers Tech within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a full refund or replacement after testing the device.


🔁 Returns Within 7 Days

If the device fails within 7 days of purchase, we will offer a refund or replacement.
A 10% handling and restocking fee may apply to refunds.


💾 Software Returns

Software that has been opened, installed, or activated cannot be refunded.


📦 Returning a Product

  • Contact Dreamers Tech before returning any item.
  • Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  • Return the product with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.

🔧 Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Dreamers Tech with your order details.
  2. Describe the problem clearly.
  3. Bring or ship the device to us for inspection.
  4. If covered, we will repair or replace the device.
  5. If not covered, we will provide a repair quote.
